Vegeta Gyraikku Hou would be enough to put Kiwi away...also if you pit Kiwi at 19,500 than thats only a 7% gap...Vegetas durability/far better attacks would allow him to put the nail in Kiwis coffin. | |

| well yeah the galic gun can win if cui lets vegeta charge it up and doesnt dodge which is slim. 7% gap is good. cui would win a majority of the fights. | |
