This is an attempt to explain why Vegeta's tail didn't grow back and why Goten/Trunks didn't have tails.
When a Saiyan achieves SSJ transformation,he no longer needs to transform into Ape.Therefore,his tail becomes useless and
stops growing back or drops itself.
