Base Saiyans Progression/power...

So, how strong do you think the Saiyans are (in Base?)

Post your levels on progression for Vegeta and Goku from Namek to Boo...

than post the levels of Frieza, Imperfect Cell (Humans), 17, 18, and Semi Cell as measuring sticks.

hard to say exactly, but here's what i usually have.

Goku Buu saga base - 75,000,000

Frieza Full Power - 12,000,000
Android 18 - 26,500,000
Android 17 - 28,000,000
Imperfect Cell w/Humans/Android 16 - 35,000,000
Semi Cell MAX strength - 68,000,000

I just cant see Frieza>Base Saiyans...they had TONS of training/rapid increases....no way their under Frieza/SSJ Namek Goku imo...

agreed... around semi cell seems good IMO.
