By official numbers:Whatever you want,nothing makes sense anyway.

By the gaps implied at early DB:Tien stated he was surprised that Goku had increased his strength,
meaning Weighted Goku>Goku(post holy water).Nothing indicates it was an enormous increase,
though.I think Weighted Goku is like 1.5x stronger than 3 years before.
Popo,on the other hand,effortlessly ragdolled Kid Goku,meaning he had 2x or more an advantage.
Popo wins.

Still, tien knew goku would increase yet was still sure he'd beat him at the 23rd. and this is tien seeing all of gokus gains in the king piccolo saga... unless your saying weighted goku is under popo, and barley has any gains is the only way popo wins. Which doesnt make sense, tien knows how strong goku could get and didnt call goku weak. and he was mad confident for the victory.

@Mercenary Tao problem with that is Popo ate Gokus KKH....that implies MASSIVE gaps...Broly tanking gaps....
