bulk up,like his brother,but preferred to transform instead,discarding the 4th form's 100% because
of its drawbacks.

Coola's 4th Form (either it was the form's max or not) was obviously at a level many times weaker even than
Freeza's 50% (about Coola's famous statement,i explained at another thread).
So,if that was his max,considering that,when he transformed,he surpassed even Goku's (10fold or 20fold) kaioken,
that transformation must be a legendary boost.If Freeza had achieved it,he could even be a match for Sixteen.

Goku wasint using Kaioken against Coola when he fought him in base lol....

So, Coola goes up to fight the guy who killed his brother and holds back on him?. Even when he says the same guy could have defeated his brother?.

Makes no sense he would hold back...your grasping at straws lol.

With the transformation,Coola went from being inferior to Base Goku to being stronger than 10x or
even 20x kaioken Goku.
If Coola was using his 4th's max,then the transformation is over 10x a boost.That's why i'm saying if
Freeza had a 5th form,he'd have beaten even Androids.
