nice lists, heres some of my suggestions/disagreements

for dragonball:

I dont think Korin should be THAT much ahead of goku post training. probably >> IMO goku was almost as strong as korin after the training

I dont think pamput is above 21st goku.... i mean whats the evidence? he broke a wall? no way pamput can take shots

I'm starting to think that goku was tired when he fought popo/kami. i really dont think they would be leagues ahead of king piccolo especially since piccolo JR took out kami so easily, it wouldnt make sense if kami was leagues ahead of KP with piccolo JR being leagues ahead of kami

LOL whats the logic for piano >> kings castle gaurd? i mean the guard took hits from piccolo LOL. while piano was crushed to death... just playing lol. but how come you say piano is stronger? i never saw him as much of a fighter, i wouldnt put his power level above 10-15 at best.

6.Vegeta and Zarbon were even. Zarbon lost do to overconfidence. And Vegeta fighting dirty. Vegeta threw sand in his eyes than blasted him with tons of ki blasts and hit him in the back. even after that Zarbon gave a good fight.

The Saiyans on Bardocks team where supposed to be comparable to elites, probably weaker, but definently not weaker than Raditz. Raditz = 1,200 Possibly 1,500 if you go by Daizenshuu levels.
1,300 is somewhat random. Saibamen are OVER 1,200. (1,250 Ish) Goz and Mez cannot take a moon busting blast, I don't care what series there from. I just skimmed over this really, I don't think Frieza Soldiers would dominate a Saibamen. I mean, we know the professors etc, that watched Vegeta fight the saibamen where so shocked and scared he would fight that many at a time, it wouldn't be a big deal if the average soldier did the same feat. I'd give them no more than 1200-1500. Appule is a mid level soldier 1800-2500. So that's ok I guess. But Frieza did know him by name, so he's obviously more distinguished than 200 points than an average bloke. Zarbon and Vegeta did give eachother a good fight, but Vegeta did blast him through the gut when they were exchanging blows, no more than 29k for Zarbon. Otherwise, the rest of the list is opinion. And I have no right to comment.

Re-watch or reread the fight...Vegeta stated Zarbon would be overconfident. Vegeta throws sand in Zarbons face, than starts blasting him and hits him in the back. Zarbon comes up and has lost his focus/is enraged and injured...and Vegeta barley wins..

If Vegeta is > Zarbon he wouldint resort to fighting dirty...

No way their above Raditz. They were slightly above Average Low Class Saiyans...Look how fast Dodorias team took them out...

Saiyan Elites should be 2000-3000....Average Low Class 400-600...giving them 800-1200 is generous...

I give Raditz 1350 usually, since he dodged Piccolos SBC pretty easily. 1250-1350 is my general range for Raditz...
