Imperfect Cell (Humans Absorbed) Vs Super Android 13

IMO, Cell takes this. 16 is a tad above Super 13 in my eyes, enough to take this.

Imperfect Cell took Kamiccolo's light grenade like nothing,which indicates at least 5x a gap.I don't
see the necessity of Thirteen being that much stronger than the green man.He could still fare as he
did against Kamiccolo/Goku/Vegeta (i believe they're the same as at the Androids Saga) with less of
a gap than that.

Well, the blast did SLIGHTLY damage Cell but still...Piccolos blast should be at least 2x...

No,Cell wasn't damaged at all.At Androids Saga,Piccolo considered Goku's kamehameha from 3 years
before (2.25x) ''not much to speak of'',so his Light Grenade should be a lot higher than that,say 3x.

Cell is 3-4X Piccolo along with 16...

Semi Cell is at least double 16...

Vegeta is like 25-30% above Semi...

Cells suppression is far above Vegetta...

Only way you can have Frieza>Base Saiyans is if the multipler RADICALLY INCREASES.. like goes up to 1000x base...which I doubt...

For Base Saiyans placement...

Son Goten is slightly under Son Gohan...

Goten is slightly under 18....in base...

Vegeta/Goku are much better than Gohan...proabably like 2-3X...

so that puts Boo Base Vegeta/Son Goku at 16s level at most...

I think thats a fair placement...doubt they surpass Semi Cell till the end of z in base...

I don't think Goku/Vegeta surpass Gohan by that much.Vegeta said it would be a good fight against
Cell Games Gohan.

Why do you have Gohan that weakened at 25th Budokai than he was at Cell Games?

1.Vegeta said his power was pathetic in comparison to his Cell Games level..and straight up laughed at him...
2.Well, I had to make it work for the Boo arc...Vegeta should be getting large increases after seven years of training his ass off...and if hes only around Kid Gohan level, Kid should be quite a bit above his Dad...like 60%...i cant see Vegeta JUST doubling his power...IMO his increases in the seven year period should be 3-4X....same with Son...

gains over the 7 years.

I'm just saying that there is no need to give them huge gains all the time,if they can do with smaller

Idk...I cant see Vegeta just doubling his PL dude....especially since he made MASSIVE increases from earth training during the Android saga....I like 3-4X, maybe even 5X...
